Lilian Naji Hani is a Lebanese entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for tourism and business development. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the Lebanese University and a master’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management from the Islamic University. Her academic and professional journey has been driven by a clear vision: to position Lebanon as a leading global destination.
She began her career at the age of 19 in business development, sales, and marketing, quickly making her mark in the Lebanese market. Her expertise was further refined through training under Grant Cardone’s 10X Marketing and Sales program, where she gained in-depth knowledge of marketing communications, sales strategies, and business growth.
Five years ago, she relocated to Dubai and founded Impulse Growth Solutions, a marketing agency that supports business expansion in the UAE through comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies. The agency works across both online and offline platforms to deliver results for clients. Under her leadership, the company has managed numerous high-profile events, including marketing campaigns for individual and corporate clients, as well as organizing events for members of the royal family in Ras Al Khaimah.
Now refocusing her efforts on Lebanon, she is committed to advancing sustainable tourism across its four key pillars: social, economic, environmental, and cultural.
As part of her master’s research, she is examining the impact of artificial intelligence on sustainable tourism in Lebanon. Her thesis highlights that while AI can enhance certain processes, it cannot replace the human connection at the heart of sustainable tourism.
Looking ahead, she remains devoted to developing projects that strengthen Lebanon’s tourism industry, preserve its cultural richness, and promote a sustainable and authentic experience for both locals and visitors.
